In order to use our software with Microsoft Windows Vista or 7, you need to follow the below instructions. If you have any problems, please submit a ticket Chat button to the left. *Please Note: If you have already installed RenGames without following these steps, you WILL need to UNINSTALL it prior to following these steps.

*Please Note: If you already installed RenGames without doing these steps, you will need to uninstall it before following these steps. Go to Start and click on Control Panel. Click on User Accounts. Click on Turn User Account Control On/Off. Uncheck the checkbox in that menu and click OK. You will be prompted to reboot. Reboot your computer, and then continue to step 5. Install the RenGames software by clicking HERE.

*Please Note: If you already installed RenGames without doing these steps, you will need to uninstall it before following these steps. Go to Start and click on "Control Panel". Click on "System and Security". Under "Action Center," click on "Change User Account Control Settings". Move the slider to the "Never Notify" area [move it to the bottom]. Click OK. You may need to restart your computer. Install the RenGames software by clicking HERE. Be sure to select Windows 7 in the Operating System menu.
